anyone know the book that was briefly mentioned in the last show? I think it was something along the lines of "People Sense". Unfortunately I was driving, and my podcatcher removed the episode before I could rewind while at home.

Is that the last manager tools cast, or the last career tools cast? I haven't listened to either yet, but the shownotes for the MT cast (on work-family balance) doesn't make mention of a book title.

It was in the MT cast. The book was mentioned in passing, but triggered my interest as it was about DISC and interacting with people (which is definatly my weak spot).
