What is it?
Our Effective Manager Conference delivered in 4 sessions over a period of weeks, virtually using Zoom. One on Ones, Feedback, Coaching and Delegation will be covered as well as how to roll out the Manager Tools Trinity™. A recording of missed sessions will be provided to all absent attendees so they can catch up in advance of their next session.

Thank you for the weekly, post-training reminders. I have never experienced any kind of post-training follow up that is anything like this effective. It keeps the training front and centre and reminds me not to go back to old habits. I think they are a terrific idea.
