OK - my question or rather issue is that I recently received feedback from a internal federal hiring panel and they stated that while my interview was great that my submission package (consisting of last three evals/resume/cover letter) was too "LITE". When I ask him to expain upon the definition of "lite", he said that my package was only 7 pages (Resume/Cover Letter/3 Evals) compared to the other packages that were 15 to 20 pages thick and therefore not enough material to "pump" up my score. Each part of the package is given numerical value from 1 to 10 and then averaged to compute the score.
The RESUME and COVER LETTER were the parts of the package that were TOO LITE.
I had followed the guidance of the Career Tools Resume Workbook, but how do I change my resume and cover letter to meet the NON-LITE standards of my agency?
A quick response would be greatly appreciated since this Friday (13JAN2012) I will be submitting another package for several positions...
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!

Oh also the way the online system is set up, I am not able to submit a targeted resume for each position.
If the resume was lite,
If the resume was lite, change it. They are asking you to include anything and everything applicable to the position. I this case you can forget about keeping it to one page. Build up your existing resume by detailing accomplishments and responsibilities.

Answer everything, in detail. Length is not the issue for a USAJOBS posting.
Good luck!
