Hi All,
I'm looking for a book(s) on six sigma, I have two lower level guys in my organisation that would like to get more involved in six sigma and my plan is to get them yellow belt some time during 2011, however I was wondering if anyone know of any good books that I could recommend to start their "learning" - If this is on specific six sigma tools or getting a basic understanding I don't mind to much, but having looked around I have found so many without really know which is good and which is not.

One of my favorites is "Getting the right things done". It was well written for the content and flowed in a very logical pattern. Give that a try and let me know what you think.
The Six Sigma Way
I started out with a book called the six sigma way: how GE, Motorola, and other top companies are honing their performance. It is a McGraw Hill publication written by Peter S. Pande, Robert P. Neuman, and Roland R. Cavanagh. They also have a companion book called the six sigma way team fieldbook.
