DISC vs. Myers-Briggs

I recall hearing in a somewhat recent podcast the explanation of why Manager Tools prefers DISC over Myers-Briggs, but I cannot seem to find it again. It was a very short explanation, nothing too detailed, but I can't seem to locate the proper one. Can someone either point me to the right podcast and/or explain the main differences and similarities of the two? Also, for as many discussions and references to DISC I am a bit surprised that it does not have its own forum...unless I'm looking in the wrong spots. Rich
