While I haven't managed, it's where I'm pointing my career, and regardless, the fundamentals that make up great management seem to work well in making any work experience better. I keep coming back to M-T because it's a system that is founded on respect and real relationships. I have done some Team Lead work and a little mentoring, but at the moment I'm contracting-around the Madison area and trying to build a local network.
