I was giving positive feedback within 15 minutes upon entering the office, negative feedback within 20! Off course I started with my boss, then the SVP. After lunch I realized that the work had piled up in my absense, so I immediately began to deligate. Of course I am kidding! :) Awesome conference! Sending my boss in the fall. Rich

Mark, Mike and everyone,
The SF conference was great, I learned so much there and it was great meeting all of the other managers (except that one guy, you know who you are!).

Now I just need some help. Can you guys review my resume? It's only 6 pages. See, I'm in a situation where I have to look for a new job because I took your advice and gave my boss some negative feedback because I knew it would help her improve her effectiveness.
She gave me an opportunity to expand my responsibilities...outside of the company.

Before I left I started one on ones, but I had some problems there too. I'm confused: after talking about myself for the first hour, my directs didn't really seem receptive to talking about themselves. Again I took your advice and talked some more about myself since they chose not to use their time, but the format didn't seem to work too well.

I welcome any further suggestions, and I'll be sending my resume over shortly. Thanks guys!
