Brand new to this site and to the casts. Just got an ipod for my last birthday from my wife, started searching the podcast and stumbled across these. What a wealth of knowledge and information. Like finding a treasure chest. Have been a manager for many yeasr, but looking forward to learning to become more effective and leading a winning team!!!!

BTW, I just got back from a business trip to Vancouver. It's a beautiful city, and I was amazed at the pace of construction. There must be dozens of high-rises going up in and around downtown.
