Hello all! I'm a long-time lurker and figured I should finally properly introduce myself. I'm an IT Team Lead from Pittsburgh with a background in information security. I currently work in the health and human services field, supporting business operations that aid states in reporting on drug prevention block grants. I'm hoping to take on more responsibility in the near future, and am very thankful for the service provided by Mark and Mike and the collective experience of the forum members. This is a tremendous community, and the professionalism on these boards is practically unheard of on the Internet.

Welcome to the forums, Brandon.

There is a lot of wisdom and experience here. I came out of a team lead position and into front line management in the last year and I credit Manager Tools and this forum for a lot of the skills I gained to do so.
