I think I'm missing the joke.

I did check amazon. There are about 7500 books with "effective" and "manager" in the title. And none under the search for Mark Horstman.

Is the joke that its not there yet?

Yep. At one of our Milwaukee meet-ups Mark indicated the search for a publisher is in progress. (My recollection may be a bit fuzzy but Mike can probably confirm.)

I'm sorry Brian. This topic pops up every couple of months, and I can't help but tell everyone that the book's out and they missed it. :) I'm sure M&M will tell us in advance of when it is released. Heck, maybe we'll get a chance to get a 1st edition signed copy!!!
