Mark & Mike~ I have been a member since August 2006 and since that time my career has taken off. Other Managers keep asking where do you get these ideas and I don't hide anything. Just listen and follow Manager-Tools. Well, hopefully, in my new position I can influence more people. One thing you have said often is if you want to influence more people than just get promoted up the ladder. I thank you both for all the time and effort you put into Manager Tools and changing my life and so many others. I thought you guys might enjoy a copy of the announcement of my recent promotion. NEW POSITION We are pleased to let you know that Frank Figinski, Jr. has been selected as our new (and first) Director of Service Excellence! Frank has distinguished himself in recent months in the area of customer service and demonstrated outstanding initiative in the management and the recruitment/retention arenas. In his new role, Frank will coordinate the work of our customer service teams and provide customer service education. This will become effective Oct. 1, 2007. Our congratulations to Frank on this promotion! Thanks again~ Frank

Way to go Frank! Do we get cake? :D

I love that notice. You're clearly improving the environment with customers and employees. Frank, you're making the world a better place. Can there be anything better than that?

Awesome!!!

Congratulations, Frank! Awesome opportunity that you obviously made happen.

To steal Mark's thunder: The credit goes to the one in the ring.

Nicely done Frank

I hate to make this a complibut ....however, it would be nice if there were more people contributing on the forums instead of the few regular posters who also took the time to congratulate another MT member who has done well.
