Just finished first round of O3's

I just finished the first round of O3's with my team. (And we didn't have to wait for the three-week rule; we're busy, but not with things scheduled at specific times.) I thought it went really well; lots of interesting things came up that hadn't in the course of our normal team operations, and even the team member who's the least enthusiastic about communication found the meeting valuable. And the last team member I met with thanked me for taking the time to worry about the team. :-)

Way to go Susan and thanks for sharing.

Often taking that first step is the biggest one.

Congratulations, Susan! The first one is interesting, the second one more so.

I started to see real results only after a couple months.

Keep up the good work!

Way to go! I had a pretty good response to my initial O3s as well. Kudos to you for using the tool. Almost anyone can read, takes guts to implement.

GReat work! I think agile managers have better training for one on ones, so I'm not surprised.
