Hi there Just discovered your website via my professional association's journal (Association of University Administrators) and am really looking forward to exploring all the resources - great stuff. A couple of books I came across which I found really useful and accessible are Simply Brilliant and How To Do A Great Job And Go Home On Time, both by Fergus O'Connell.
