Idea for a new podcast

I'm sometimes involved in situations where two or more directs are not able to take a decision by themselves. They cannot find an agreement on something that has to be done. I usually prefer to let them find (and embrace) the decision and I take part in these discussions to help them in finding it. I'd really love to have a MT podcast on how to do all this 'facilitating'. Ciao, PierG
