Col. Dandridge M. Malone, USA (Ret.) has written this great book on leadership. He explains how to effectively lead a small group of people. Nobody knows how to do this better than the military. This book is outstanding. The best 9 pages I have ever read on leadership is from the U.S. Army Ranger Handbook (SH 21-76). Chapter 1 - Leadership. I had an ROTC roommate in college who gave me a copy of the Ranger Handbook and I've still got it. You can get them new on Ebay for a couple of bucs. SZ
