Resume item--keep it if no accomplishment?

I am creating my CMD to prepare to create a valuable resume when needed. I have an entry from graduate school in 1996 that I don't have an accomplishment for. Should I just delete it from my CMD?

would removing it create an employment gap?  Did you go to the grad school or work at the grad school?

The career management document (CMD) is more for your reference. You extract information from the CMD to create a custom resume.
I'll be that when you reflect on your grad school experience you can come up with a number of accomplishments. Go ahead, jot them down. You never know and they may be great conversation starters down the road.
