I would like to put together a performance file on each one of my directs outlining their strengths and opportunities. I struggle with the appropriate verbiage to use when focusing on the opportunities portion. Are their any helpful resources out there that give good example phrases that will help me eloquently capture my thoughts? I really appreciate any assistance you can provide me! Thank you!
Why not write the words that are in your head?
They will probably be more meaningful when you revisit the notes later on as they will reflect your actual thoughts and impressions at the time. If you have to force the eloquence, you may lose something in the translation.
