New sales manager

No, not me--my sister! :D She's doing Inside Sales now, and her company is promoting her to manage an inside sales department. Her company sells telecommunications equipment. I gave her the URL for the M-T Basics page and told her she MUST subscribe and there's more after she gets through those. The next month or so will be a whirlwind for her, though. She has to relocate from Seattle to Dallas, where her company is opening a new office in Carrollton the first week of March, and manage a new team. I don't want to overwhelm her with resources, but I would like to give her a suggestion or 2 for reading on airplanes and such. I'm not in sales, it's a little different, isn't it? Any ideas? Thanks,
