Hey everyone I wasn’t too sure where this topic would be best posted so if this isn’t good let me know and I’ll move it. I read this article in my Mens Health magazine the other day. In an increasingly paperless world we try to keep track of files like we do in a filing cabinet. This article discusses using various free Google applications to organize your stuff in a new way.

I got a broken link/page not found message when I clicked the link, maybe it didn't copy across correctly. Are you referring to the article [url=http://www.menshealth.com/cda/article.do?site=MensHealth&channel=guy.wi… World's Most Organized Man[/url]? I use most of the tools mentioned. I've tried using Google Calendar but haven't yet found an effective way to keep it in sync with Lotus Notes, which I have to use at work. This has been an ongoing problem, Notes has a dearth of tools to sync it to other platforms (e.g. most PDAs) and when one does come out it seems that the slightest change in the Notes client will break the link leading to a total failure to sync at all or duplication of appointments.

Yeah that is it! Sorry about the link, I had to change something and I didn't think it would affect it. I use all of the stuff mentioned in there, as a matter of fact reading that article lead me to start using Google Reader, which is where I found Manager-Tools.
