I'm hoping to get some advice on how to write an entry for my resume when I have two employers for the same role, at the same time.
I work in a lab at a university, and also in a spinoff company that operates from the same lab. As such, I technically have two employers for the same job (each pays a portion of a full time salary).
Since the roles are not entirely distinct, what would be the best way to put this on a resume? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Similar situation
I had a similar situation where my employment was part university-based and part company-based as I was officially employed by the university but working in the offices of the company under the company Terms and Conditions (Except for 0.5 to 1 day per week!). The university billed then my time partially to the company and partially to a governmental sponsor office. [It was a tough situation to manage as I ended up with 2 managers - 1 uni & 1 company - and an additional public body financial control for the budget I managed].
I handled that in my CV in two ways, depending on the situation (feel free to suggest others):
- When the CV is for an organisation which values academic background, scentific research or is highly knowledge focused: ABC University Research Center, in partnership with ACME inc.
- When the CV is for an organisation mostly focused on efficiency, direct to market approaches, quick productisation or 'good old' techniques: ACME inc, in partnership with ABC University Research Center
And then I described the different part of the roles as part of the same job (if that makes sense...) and tweaked it to tailor it to the target company as I would with any other CV item.
