I currently find myself in a business development role where the company I am working for has decided to acquire another company to expand and diversify their business. I have never been through an acquisition from the side of acquiring a company. Can the community recommend any reference material or good books on the subject? I do not believe this one is normally listed as a HOF cast...but it ranks as among my favorites.
