I am one of three leaders for a project team and all three of us have the exact same DISC profile (mid D, low I, low S and high C). Our main issue that we have is that we are trying to develop a product for a new market place and we lack a "visionary" on the leadership team. Since we are trying to enter a new marketplace, we need for one of us to drive the entrepreneurial spirit necessary for a new product. Any suggestions on how one of us can step out of our comfort zone and drive the vision for the product.

I think that Nike said it best: "Just do it."  And since you're the one here inquiring about the vision, taking action to ensure that vision is inegral to the project, I would nominate YOU to be the visionary.

The odds are when you think of this role you also think of someone you know or have known who would be ideal or at least good.  Try thinking about that person and how they behave.  Now try thinking about how that person might handle the problem of developing a vision, think about what they might do, how they would behave, the words they might use, the questions they might ask, the other people they might speak to on the team or in other parts of the organisation to get the information, buy-in or support they need.
Jot all that down however best suits you.
You've just drafted your action plan, now go refine it into some sort of logical arrangement and implement it.
DISC is not prison on your behaviours.  DISC is how you behave when you aren't thinking about how you behave.  If you think about how you behave you can change how you behave, you can choose to emulate a different DISC profile if that's what you think needs to be done to get the job done.  A High-C can be an influencer (High-I behaviour), show a care/support (High-S behaviour) and even make a decision without reams of data (High-D).  Similarly just because High-Is tend to be a bit sloppy by nature doesn't mean that they can never be concientious and detail oriented if the situation calls for it and they put their mind to it.
DISC is a tool to help us to understand our own behaviours and those of others, not a prescription for how we will always interact with the world.
 Good Luck!
