Hi everyone,
I'm a web developer and I'm currently looking for my next opportunity.
For a few years now I've had a Manager Tools style CV although I have rarely used it for job applications, getting most of my work through my network.
On a few recruitment agency websites (here in Australia) I've seen them talk about a Skills Matrix on your CV - and of course I don't have one on there since I followed the instructions in the podcasts on resumes.
Should I add a skills matrix to my CV? Perhaps as a 2nd page?
Any comments would be much appreciated!
Dominic
