Dear all,
My POW is reorganising and beginning next week I'll temporarily be stepping up to a management position. The team will be newly formed, and hardly anyone know each other, so for the first staff meeting I thought of doing the MT introductions.
Due to COVID, we're all working from home, so the usual "give everyone a sheet from the flip chart" doesn't work. Has anyone experience how to do introductions in a purely virtual environment?
All suggestions are most welcome!
