Hi, i have a small question.
How about if the project is using scrum for example? should there still be one on ones? We already meat daily (but not one on one) to talk about progress and such. We sit togheter in the same room and can hear everything thats going on. Is there still a point with one on ones?

Yes
Remember that 1-1's are about building relationships and development. Neither of these things can happen in a gorup setting. Secondly, I have often found that my directs (managers and directors) will speak much more freely about the status of a project in a 1-1 than they will in a group setting so you will get benefit from it as well
I second that
Stand-Up Meetings are group settings and the more vocal people will drown out the quiet ones, whether deliberately or not.
You uncover a new challenge in 1-on-1's which is how to strike a balance between the overall project tasks and long-term goals such as KPI's/objectives, etc.
