We don’t think that any of our upcoming events require cancellation at this time and are making all efforts to serve those who would still like to join us.
If you are a registered attendee of an upcoming event and wish to defer your attendance, or cancel with a full refund, we will be happy to do that for you. While we believe it’s reasonable to go forward, if you don’t, just let us know (customerservice@manager-tools.com) and we will action your request quickly.
The situation is evolving, of course, and any of this could change. All attendees may cancel or defer at the last minute, no questions asked. That’s what we’d want if we were you. We may feel at some point the need to cancel an event, but we don’t expect that at this time. If we do, we will give all registered attendees at the time of cancellation, priority for attending our next (or any future) conference.
