Length of podcasts shown on on web page

Mike,

On pages such as this:

http://www.manager-tools.com/2009/07/midyear-goals-review-part-1

would it be possible to display the length of the podcast in minutes and seconds? This would help us decide whether we have time to listen to the podcast before the next meeting.
