What is the cancelation policy if I can't attend the conference?
You can cancel at any time for a full refund, no questions asked. Or you can ask to moved to a later conference.
Can I cancel my attendance even if you haven’t cancelled?
Yes, of course, that is always our policy. Attendees may cancel or defer attendance up until the last minute, no questions asked. If we move or cancel any event, we communicate to attendees and give them priority for attending our next (or any future) conference.
